At the time, players tend to fall on to the hands bilaterally. In this situation, the hands are on the ground with the elbows extended. Therefore, the load is applied to the wrist joint by the forearm axis with locking of the elbow joint, causing TFCC injury and locking of the elbow at the lateral side.
