Schematic of the research design steps. Fasting blood samples were obtained after 2 days following the same diet by participants (Measuring Chronic response/Resting values of MyoG and MSTN). Twenty-four hours later, blood samples were obtained 1 h after maximum aerobic test (Measuring Acute response of MyoG and MSTN). Then, high-intensity circuit training (HICT) protocol was performed for 8 weeks. Fasting blood samples were obtained 48 h after the last training session (Measuring Chronic response/Resting values of MyoG and MSTN). Twenty-four hours later fasting blood samples, blood samples were obtained 1 h after the maximum aerobic test (Measuring Acute response of MyoG and MSTN)
